Ballot Initiatives

You can't be a candidate if you aren't on the ballot.  Well, technically you can, but it sure is easy if your name appears on the ballot along with the other candidates.  We can help you get there.

Gathering signatures is only part of the process.  The minimum number of signature is just that: the minimum.  We go above and beyond to make sure you don't just get on the ballot, but also stay on the ballot.  In addition to preparing the petition circulation strategy we also:

• Verify your circulators to ensure each are legitimately able to circulate for you.

• Prepare petitions in accordance with state laws and local ordinances.

• Train each circulator, including in person trainings and video trainings.

• Make sure each circulator has their petitions and supplies before the first day to circulate along with clear directions on how and when to return completed petitions.

• Verify voter signatures to make sure we get to the minimum requirement before pressing on to padding the total number of signatures filed.

• Prepare petitions for filing in the proper jurisdictions, making sure they are properly counted and numbered along with the correct cover sheets, docket sheets, and filing fees.
